- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ready yourself for rude and crappy service!This place has the upmost worst in house customer service ever!! The guy at the front of the post office is a lazy jerk he was so rude just for asking him to do a his job was like asking for a hand out if you don't like your job quit! I cant believe how rude he was just for asking for him to do his job and this was not just a one time deal he was a profound jerk to the women in front of me as well I was just like are you kidding me....I will be personally putting in a complaint with the USPS/Postal general about this I have never had a problem with anyone at this office but this man I when a called in about a week ago to ask a ? about my PO box he rudely picked up the phone interrupted me numerous times I could not believe it that they let some one so unprofessional work at the front the only thing I could see was due to his size. I have gotten many of my packages damaged or looked like they where run over by a truck!! I use them for my business they have lost my business I would rather spend my extra money to get my customers wayy better tracking/A++ service on time delivery's and not have to wait 5hrs on hold just to talk to someone at customer service and the main reason not have to deal with a rude jerk that would treat the customer's that are paying their wages like they are trash! I was so upset to see how rude he was to myself and other customers in front of me/other c in the store I have had better service at the DMV just asking him to do his job are you kidding me!? It was like asking him to climb mountain I love my mail man and the other staff their are wonderful it is just this one worker I think he is just counting the days till he can collect his retirement. Other then that I have never had any issues with this office and like I said all the other staff is just wonderful and give A+ service it is just this one worker...By sara johnson, June 07, 2017
